Large capacity hydraulic pressing
Using traditional techniques and modern presses we are able to produce complex pressing in 430 a/b boiler plate for the Steam Traction Engine and Railway Movement.
Utilising our own large machine shop capability, we are able to produce are our own press tooling and jigs. We stock many hundreds of tools to produce from the simplest of plates to the most intricate, including Tube Plates, Throat Plates, Back Plates, all forms of Fireboxes and Crowns, Smoke Box Doors, Steam Domes, Front Rings and many more.
Fire Boxes
We are able to produce fireboxes to original design and specification. We also stock a large range of 430 a/b /p265 gh boiler plate.
